10X is an idealogy. It means I can do better 10 times in my business world.
10X in mindset means a mind in heaven free from boundaries and fear. A mind full of knowledge, power, and peace. A mind without ego and selfishness. A mind which is not limited by likes and dislikes. An intellect with wisdom to choose and willpower to execute. A one pointed mind having a purpose in life and detached from the unnecessary in life. A mind in balance and peace. Amind with both feet on the ground and hands holding the Sun.
I am a 10X business coach founder of Bharat 10X movement. My mission in life is to inspire each Indian business owner and business professional to grow 10X times so that we can surpass the US in 10 years and China in 20 years.
The core principles behind the
10X growth strategy is scientific in nature.
Science says creation starts with the play of pure consciousness and Quantum energy field. This gives rise to a physical creation of waves and particles or of manifested objects.
The quantum field is unmanifested and made up of infinite possibilities. Consciousness when it falls on a single or multiple possibilities, they get manifested and are the first product of creation. This first product is called universal or cosmic mind. It contains sanskaras or a programming code. What we become conscious of as a possibility gets embedded here in the universal mind as sanskara or a code.
This sanskara or code when the right time comes moves into the individual doer mind, also called the subconscious mind. Here, it shows up as a desire first, then further converts into subtle matter. Here is the first step of the materialisation of our desires. Ordinary human beings can not see this subtle matter state.
However, this subtle matter converts into gross matter, and the materialistic turns complete. It now appears in the outer physical world where all can see. It becomes visible as solids liquids, gases, plasma, and space. Now, the manifestation of our choice of possibility is complete.
So when as consciousness makes a 10X choice or a 100X choice, it can be converted from a possibility to a mind program to subtle matter and then to gross matter for the whole world to see.
The science is very simple. But ordinary people do not believe it. Hence, it does not work for them.
You can only create a possibility if you can see it and choose it and hold on to it till it turns material or physical.
One can shift from incremental thinking to exponential thinking very easily.
Decondition your mind and it's past incremental programming. Detach from limited thinking on growth. Attach yourself to the belief and then conviction that exponential growth exists and you will create or experience it in the now of your life.
As these thoughts are practiced the older thought processes disappear and the new ones appear. The incremental mindset disappears and exponential mindset replaces it.
There are 5 limitions in business owners that prevent their 10X growth
1. Lack of knowledge
2. Ego
3. Attachments
4. Aversions
5. Fear of death
Yes, people think I am crazy because they do not find me logical.
There is a reason for it. Logic or reasoning is considered the lowest of human mental skills.
The mind that works here is the conscious mind. It is the mind with the least power and ability.
The minds that are above the conscious mind are
1. The subconscious mind
2. The universal or cosmic mind
3. The infinite mind
4. The Zero Mind
There, higher minds are reached after years of practice of concentration and detachment.
I have access to these minds because of my more than 30 years of practice of yogic concentration and because of my deep study of ancient vedic mind sciences of yoga sutras and Samkhya DarshanKapil Muni.
There are 7 levels of intuition that I can access because of these years of practice. I also teach both the vedic scriptures on Zoom free Mon to Fri from 10-11.30 pm
Ordinary people, therefore, think I am crazy. But if they also do the yogic practice, they can have deep insight into the creation, and they can control the way their world evolves for them.
Life is a matter of choice. I chose to help others grow. I did not choose to make myself grow. I was not selfish but selfless.
This is not understood by common people because selfishness is considered to be normal and selfless abnormal.
Now, I have decided to grow in the outer world. My years of effort in my inner growth have given me good results inside.
My first step i take in assessing new clients wanting to grow 10X is to assess them by asking questions.
The objective is to scan his mind and its programming through my pointed questions and the client's answers.
I now have a blueprint of his mind. I know what internally will automatically empower him to achieve 10X growth. I also know from this exercise the disempowering factors and first of all I start work on removing them from the client's mind. The business growth picks up by this simple work. Then I implant a few empowering codes in his mind so that it can get set on the path to achieve 10X growth. There are other few secret techniques i work with.
There is no aggressive scaling. It is an evolutionary scaling. It is an inside to outside change. I use my mind abilities to evolve the inside of the mind. The outside automatically scales up. Naturally scales up. When I work on the inside I mean I evolve his universal mind, subconscious mind, conscious mind, the 5 senses of perception, the 5 senses of action and the 5 states of subtle matter like word, touch, form, taste and smell.
The common mistake my 10X clients make is when the scaling up starts, most of them start forming an ego and listen less to my 10X coaching. They pay a high price because looking at the outside, they think they know what needs to be done to scale up further. A gap now starts between them and me. The growth starts slowing down. Some of them are contented with that. Others drift further apart. It feels sad but they get what was destined for them. I then move on. I am a man on a mission to ensure all business owners get inspired to grow 10X and India surpasses USA and China in 10 and 20 years.
I do not coach clients who have fear of failure. I am a specialized teacher or coach. I am there for those who are ready for 10X growth and are looking for a 10X business coach.

5. Access to unlimited powers inside them.
My clients develop a new internal world. A new mind operating system within themselves.
They, by their new intrinsic nature now can perform any task with finesse with support from nature.
So delegation and team building and much more happens automatically as if the whole organisation has got evolved to higher levels.
Legacy means nothing to me in the realm of entrepreneurship.
I believe I am a pure consciousness though individual but eternal beyond space and time, beyond mind and matter, unborn and non dying, changeless and without any qualities.
